The project comprises an office, a public building, and recreational facilities for staff. The top floor of the rectangular plan building is supported by concrete flat piers on two sides and provides shade plaza below. Under this top level is a staircase leading to the main entrance. The reinforced concrete frame is clad in local brick.Thick walls, small openings and deep overhangs are responces to the climatic conditions.
