The IMAN Cultural Center is a one-story rectangular-plan building situated on a commercial street in Los Angles. The front facade has a central portal, reminiscent of a pishtaq, and arches topped by a diamond on either side of the entrance. Inside, there is a prayer hall, lecture hall, library and reading room, and classrooms. A dome sits above the lecture hall, though a projecting dome is not visible from the outside. Across the parking lot is the Talar-e Iran (the Iran Hall), used as a space for conferences, seminars, and gatherings.
