The office building comprises recreational facilities, conference and exhibition halls, a library, shops, and a bank. The basic design idea is to form an urban space at the narrowest part of the main street. This space is intended to give a relaxed impression to the passers-by, as well as to produce a landmark in the neighbourhood. Materials such as beige granite wall plates, smoke-gray surtain-wall surfaces, and metallic mechanical installation covers are combined with planted terraces.
