The half sister of sultan Süleyman. She was initially married to the vizier Lutfi Paşa, whom she divorced some years later after a violent dispute over his cruel treatment of a female prostitute. After her divorce, she endowed three pious foundations around Istanbul. She would later marry again, this time the Albanian courtier Zal Mahmud Paşa. The two died within two weeks of one another in 1577/985 AH, just after endowing another pious foundation in which they are buried.
