Ambassadorial Hall

This pavilion served as a reception hall where Sultan Moulay Ismail received ambassadors and foreign emissaries. The pillars supporting the arches and walls of the room are decorated with a calligraphic band in carved stucco. On the back wall of the room is the plaque commemorating the inscription of the historic city of Meknes on the World Heritage List by UNESCO on 06 December 1996.
