When the design for the Rafidain Bank, then the largest bank in Iraq, was created, it was designed to serve as a headquarters for the Sadoon Branch. The first three floors of the design were meant to accommodate banking functions, while the upper floors, designed as office spaces, were meant to serve developing commercial purposes.
