Commissioned by the Industrial Bank of Iraq, the Industrial Bank Building served as a headquarters for the main branch of the bank, supporting its administrative services and accommodating the technical requirements of its banking services. In addition to office spaces, the facility's design also includes a rooftop restaurant, stores, and a casino.
