University of Mosul
Mosul, Iraq
The designing of the University of Mosul was a joint venture formed in collaboration with the foreign office, the Architects International Collaborative, Limited. The University Project brought about the designing of new educational facilities for 12,000 students in the specialized fields of Engineering, Sciences and the Humanities. The campus design required the construction of libraries, student centers, a mosque, central administration buildings, an auditorium, dispensaries, a playing field and housing. The designs were never executed.
