When Politics and Architecture Collide

The design for the Ministry of Oil Building and Government Center was the first prize winner of a competition to design the facility which would be an addition to the&nbsp;<a href="http://www.archnet.org/sites/15883" target="_blank" data-bypass="true">Baghdad Civic Center</a>.
