The Military Officers Club was designed to provide a cultural and recreational center for military officers. The site, constructed between 1964 and 1968, featured a library. restaurants, lounges, game rooms, theaters, athletic facilities, and even a yacht club. The site's basement was equipped with air-conditioning.
