Renovation of the Islamic Cultural Association with new and/or enlarged rooms, and improved safety conditions, to cater for a rapidly growing community. The centre is situated on the fourth floor of a building originally built out of stone and brick, with supports and joists made of steel and wood. The principal renovations centre on a new prayer hall, designed to accommodate 200 worshippers, and a common room for women. The original corridor was broadened and an ablution-fountain integrated into an illuminated niche in the wall.
