Al-Areen Wildlife Park and Reserve

Markh, Bahrain

The reserve contains a visitors' centre, a multi-purpose hall, a museum, and administration facilities. The objective is to plant trees and vegetation to positively affect the micro-climate, encourage the successful breeding of rare animal species, and to provide both a recreational and educational facility for the public.
