Reconstruction of a 19th century Ottoman estate to serve as the headquarters of an important holding company in Istanbul. The property comprises three separate buildings and a number of outbuildings enclosing a landscaped park. The original estate consists of three main building and four auxiliary structures arranged as three sides of a rectangle with an enclosed courtyards garden, surrounded on all sides by high stone walls, with entrance portals on the east and southwest sides. Parking facilities are located outside the main portal.
