The building is two-storeyed. The building area is 360 sq.m. and actual space is 750 sq.m. The Community-cultural centre building consists of a hall for holding cultural events; production rooms and recreation area; a special cook room for staffs and visitors. Community-cultural events (creative evening parties, little concerts of Folk artists, literary soirees of poets and writers) are held all the time in the building. The Community-cultural centre became popular resort of Istaravshan people for their leisure activities.
