The complex is situated in the Karadakh Disctrict, 15 km away from Baku, by the Salyan Road. The complex occupies 5 hectares. Its compositional centre are an exhibition hall, and an 8-storyed office with winter garden on the top. The main administrative module also provides for many office premises, conference and guest rooms. The spare-part warehouse is distinguished as a separate volume. Architects have relative creative freedom : modern environment is considered favorable.
