Al Sharq Village & Spa reflects a traditional Qatari environment, a true Middle Eastern village that has grown organically over time. Pathways or traditional 'Sikkas' links various parts of the hotel, resort and spa, while the interiors are all influenced by traditional Arabic designs. The hotel consists of a number of villas, main building for the reception and function and ball room offering a waterfront view with a beach. The 71, 500 sq. m six senses spa, the largest in the region, made up of winding village streets rather than corridors, with the twenty-three treatment rooms resembling typical village houses.
