A museum of arts and crafts and a tourist camp are the elements in this sustainable development project for a village next to a lake of sacred crocodiles. The museum is constructed of compressed-earth bricks and consists of two curved exhibition rooms flanking an outdoor performance space dedicated to the young. The grounds also accommodate four circular studios with thatched roofs. Within each, a craftsperson works, promoting direct interaction between the tourist and the artist. The tourist camp consists of a series of circular, thatched houses, organised in threes around a central, circular courtyard - the traditional pattern. They are built of cut bricks in stone. It also includes a restaurant and kitchen.
