Set on the bank of Chinna Creek, this project enjoys an access to views and open spaces that is rare in Kararchi, and nature is integral to the design. Its three main buildings - a boat house, the main club and a gymnasium - are laid out in a linear arrangement to capture views, the built forms interspersed with a large lawn, pool and jogging track. To the same end, the rectangular main building shelters glass walls and terraces inside a double-height colonnade, integrating interior and exterior space. It is a post-and-beam structure built in reinforced concrete.
