This mixed-use development is anchored round a four storey shopping mall that is open like a traditional bazaar. The curving streets and courtyards giving access to it are reminiscent of a compact city and shared facilities for the 179 apartments emphasises this sense of community. A consistent palette of stone, glass and copper unifies the diverse parts of the project, which also includes a 25-storey office tower. Apartments are angled towards views of the Levent valley and this orientation ensures each has privacy. The development connects a low-income and a wealthy neighbourhood, creating a socially-responsible active pedestrian zone between the two.
