The site of the hotel is an 800-metre-long hill flanked by two rivers and luxuriant vegetation. The plan is based on the concept of a ceremonial walk, a regional tradition, and is punctuated by a series of courtyards at different levels. Consequently, the hotel is fragmented into its different elements. The construction uses local material and the integration of the whole hotel complex in its environment respects both nature and local culture.
