This project consists of two projects which resulted from two separate architectural competitions and two separate mandates: the Residential Village and the Entry Gate and Tower that lead into the village. The village houses employees of the factory, several kilometres away. Family areas includes housing units, two schools, a mosque, a multipurpose building, several restaurants, a 30-room hotel, and a club house.
