A long four-storey horizontal building housing the offices and printing facilities for a newspaper. One end of the structure is entirely open through four levels and contains the printing machinery, while service cores are placed at each corner. The building employs a load-bearing column and slab system, with aluminium frames to support the exterior glazing.
