This report, presented by Fathy to the Minister, is regard to the national Egyptian team for folk dancing. In this document, Fathy presents the importance for the promotion of folk and traditional dancing in Egyptian culture and considers it an essential addition to the fine arts. He also comments on several accompanying aspects of the theatrical dimension of folk dance including its choreography, stage decoration, costume design, music, and necessary lighting for performances. Furthermore, he also remarks on the role of the Ministry of Culture in conducting research in the fields of the Fine Arts.
