Fountain along the wall of the Pavilion of the Blessed Mantle in the Fourth Court where ritual ablution was performed for deceased sultans. Over the fountain, which is shaped like a golden urn placed over a pedestal, is a plaque bearing the royal monogram (tugra) of Mahmud II and an inscription praising him for having improved the Pavilion in 1822/3
