Jolfa Housing
Isfahan, Iran
A housing development in which the main idea of the design is to achieve harmony with the existing structure, therefore a continous, concave brick wall creates a harmonious line in the main street façade. This wall also acts as a gateway for an internal pedestrian alley used as a common meeting and play area. The main structure of this building is bearing brick walls and concrete floors. The finishing is in brick and the roof line is continous white stucco, similar to existing Jolfa architecture.
