Sergei Tchoban
SPEECH was founded in 2006 as a result of long term collaboration between the nps tchoban voss office in Berlin and its Moscow bureau Tchoban and Partners, headed by Sergei Tchoban, and the bureau S.P.Proekt, headed by Sergey Kuznetsov.
SPEECH is one of the leading architectural bureaus in Russia. It specializes in the design of buildings and complexes of different functional purposes, developing urban planning concepts, as well as interior design. The successful implementation of projects developed by the bureau is largely due to the extensive experience that Sergei Tchoban and Sergey Kuznetsov have accumulated working in Germany and Russia, which allows for the latest Western materials and construction techniques to be adapted to the specifics of implementing projects in Russian conditions. The rational organization of the design process, employees’ expertise and the office's technical equipment also play a vital role in the bureau's success.
Currently, nearly 200 employees work for the bureau – architects, constructors, engineers, and managers developing numerous projects for Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, and other cities in Russia, CIS and other parts of the world. The combination of different specialists in one team makes it possible to develop integrated solutions and to participate in all stages of a project. As general designer in large-scale urban planning projects, SPEECH attracts the best Russian and foreign architects, constructors, engineers and other specialists from related sectors to work on the projects.
