I want to know the cost of building a 50/100 room 5 star hotel in India. Is there any thumb rule for this? Please help!

Puneet, you could try asking owners of newly-built Five Star hotels how much their building cost. But on the other hand India is a very large country and costs will probably vary according to geographical location.
You could also try the Indian equivalent of the Society of Building Surveyors who approximate the cost of building materials and adjust these figures with regional variations.
