Dubai Autodrome accommodates all types of motor sports and also provides a setting for corporate events and concerts for up to 30,000 people. Its architectural style draws from concepts central to motor racing. Chief among these is the idea of dynamic balance - the fine line between speed and traction - as expressed by the cantilevers and inclined glazing and steel panels of the signature marketing and management building. The project's social achievement is the Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Racing Drivers Academy, which 'aims to select and train young UAE drivers and give them the ability to race and compete at the highest international level'.
