The rectangular core of the house is arranged around a central patio, which the partial first floor also overlooks. The ground level rooms, symetrically placed on three sides of the patio, are vaulted. The fourth side of the internal courtyard opens onto a ryad (traditional courtyard house). The pool is lined with orange trees and the ryad is circumscribed by pergolas. The top floor is surmounted by a pyramidal roof covered with green-glazed ceramic roof-tiles. All the interior spaces are decorated with coloured ceramic tiles, marble and painted plaster.
