The project comprises a 650-bed tourist resort on a 8.6 hectare site of pine woods and beach front lyting between steep cliffs and the Mediterranean Sea. All public services are located on the northern half of the site, while the 78 guest houses are interspersed in the non-wooded areas to the south. There are two types of dwelling units each containing four guest rooms. Clusters of dwellings are divided into four rows, three of them perpendicular to the sea. The fourth runs parallel to the shoreline. Houses are raised on piers to provide a view to the sea. The project is self-contained and also includes shops, entertainment and sport facilities, and restaurants.
