The house comprises an L-shaped volume, containing the guest room, living and dining areas. This is surmounted by a square volume containing the three bedrooms, two roof terraces and auxiliary spaces at first floor level. A landscaped garden and a lawn at the rear, form the focal point around which the habitable spaces on both floors were grouped. The structure is a composition in fair-faced brickwork on a concrete frame.
