The programme, contained in three individual buildings, includes a charity organisation's headquarters and a wedding hall arranged around a paved court. A scholar's residence is placed away from the other structures but tied to the whole by a long, sweeping wall which cuts through the site. The plans of the complex are based rotations of a square.
