Bishkek - <div>From the Introduction:</div><div>The information below was prepared according to a consultant service agreement signed between the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) and the Association of Civil Society Support Centers (ACSSC). The contracted scope of work was aimed on enhancing CSOs’ public approbation in Kyrgyzstan. As a result, the ACSSC ultimately identified 25 exemplary CSOs and documented their activities and projects through the biographies found below as well as through radio, television, and newspapers. Furthermore, based on the analysis of mass media’s coverage of CSOs, ACSSC has developed a media strategy to improve public recognition of civil society organizations and their activities and to promote civil society overall.</div>
