Chishmah-Ali
Tehran, Iran
A hill with a spring to the north of Rayy.  In the 1930s archeological excavations unearthed 7,000 year-old artifacts indicating the long history of settlement in the area.  In 1831/1246 AH, the Qajar ruler Fath-Ali Shah had a portrait of himself and other Qajar princes engraved in the rock.
