Rehabilitation of an existing structure into a holiday home for young children. The complex consists of housing units for 240 children, kitchens, restaurants, a cafeteria, a multi-purpose room and sports facilities. An open-air amphitheatre, amidst the gardens, is used for cultural events and performances by the children. Other activities such as reading classes, computer studies, drawing and painting are also offered. Principal building materials include reinforced cement concrete, brick, and plaster.
