Sid Yahya Mosque
Timbuktu, Mali
Among the oldest mosques in West Africa.  The door of the mosque was reportedly damaged and the tom of Sidi Yahya destroyed between 30 June and 11 July of 2012, in a series of attacks which targeted a selection of religious sites in Timbuktu, including several important mausoleums.
