Four volumes of varying height (three to six floors) which extend from a hexagonal base of one storey. Four towers located in the angles between the main volumes, house vertical circulation, stairs, and vertical service distribution. Every floor offers a column-free space which is adapted to its function by movable partitions. The facades are marked by horizontal bands of oblique concrete sun shades protecting galleries which surround each level of the different hexagonal volumes. The technical towers are differentiated by vertical fluting in the rough concrete. Construction applied here was the reinforced concrete structure with concrete prefabricated element infill. Two types of finish surface concrete: sand-blasted concrete for sun shades, and exposed aggregate concrete for towers, waffle slab except space frame in conference room.
