The complex is composed of three blocks grouped around three subsequent open courts. Segregation of the vehicular areas from the recreational areas has been strongly defined by placing the parking area beneath the central block. The volumetric disposition of the complex has been carefully worked out to enable a smooth flow of summer breeze through the complex. The whole building is of exposed brick work, wood work and exposed concrete have been used to accentuate specific elements within the complex. (Source: AKTC)
