Strl. Engg post graduates / graduates with a min of 15+ / 8+ / 5+ years exp. Previous experience in designing of RCC and Steel Structures, heavy machine foundations, etc a must. Should be able to provide strl. dim. & quantities for pricing purposes. Should be able to present & explain - design basis and concepts, calcs and to obtain client’s approval. Should have independently handled structural design of commercial / residential high rises, condominiums, factories, IT parks etc. Knowledge of AutoCad, Staadpro, Etabs, MS Office etc
(ELECTRICAL)
Elec. Engg post graduates / graduates with a min of 15+ / 8+ / 5+ years exp. in Elec. design including HT, LT power distribution, electrical prot., wiring systems, fire alarm systems, BMS etc. Knowledge of Indian & other intl. codes & standards, energy conservation, short circuit calcs, lighting design, cost est. and tendering a must. Knowledge of networking design desirable
(PHE & FIRE SUPPRESSION)
Mech. / Civil Engg post graduates / graduates with a minimum of 15+ / 8+ / 5+ years exp. in plumbing, fire suppression and sanitary & environmental engg. Knowledge of NBC and other intl. standards, water treatment plants, cost est. and tendering a must
(HVAC)
Mech. / Elec. Engg post graduates / graduates with a minimum of 15+ / 8+ / 5+ years experience in HVAC. Knowledge of Ashrae standards, clean room design, ventilation, humidification, BMS, smoke management, equipment specification, estimation, costing, tendering & energy conservation a must
PROJECT LEADERS / SR. ENGRS. / ENGG. ASSISTANTS (DRAFTING)
(HVAC / ELECTRICAL/ PHE & FIRE SUPPRESSION)
ITI Draftsmen or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil engineering with minimum of 10+ / 5+ / 2+ years of relevant experience in AutoCAD
Preparation of HVAC design drawings including duct routing and sizing, piping, plant rooms etc for HVAC, Electrical design drawings for buildings & industrial applications for Electrical, PHE & fire suppression design and fire NOC drawings for PHE & Fire |
