Sustainability Project Manager
The Sustainable Project Manager will provide sustainable consulting services on a variety of projects related to the built environment.
Responsibilities include architectural project management, sustainable design goal setting and implementation, and marketing. Candidates must show experience in managing commercial consulting projects with Sustainability, Reducing carbon footprint, LEED, Energy and Utilities Management, Energy Procurement, Renewable Energy sustainable design as a priority. LEED Accreditation and experience is required.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture, Engineering. 5+ years of architecture, interior design or engineering experience.
Sustainable design and should demonstrate knowledge about building design and construction.
LEED Accredited Professional. Actively involved in local or national sustainable design activities and/or organizations.
Experience in LEED documentation. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent writing, grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreading skills.
Task-oriented; good follow-through skills. Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple assignments, capable of prioritizing tasks due to shifting deadlines. Requires an energetic, outgoing personality; someone who is flexible, organized, and capable of handling multiple assignments in a vibrant, busy environment.
Candidate must be able to engage with diverse project teams with diplomacy and consensus building (team player). Ability to work unscheduled overtime as needed. Some travel will be necessary
