Creating a New Web Link

Viewing My Web Links Collections

• Log in to ArchNet.

• Click on "My Workspace" and then "My Collections" in the left-hand navigation column.

• Click on "Web Links Directory." (See figure below.)

Note: Your Web Links Directory is not viewable by other ArchNet members or the public. If you know of a web site that would be of interest to ArchNet members, please contribute it to the Digital Library's Web Directory.

• You will see a list of your web link categories. (See figure below.)

• Clicking on any of the categories will display the web links associated with that category. (See figures below.)

• Clicking on "View all web links" will display all the web links in your collection. (See figures below.)

• Click on any of the entries to view the full record. (See figures below.)

• You may edit or delete the record at any time by clicking on the "Edit" or "Delete" buttons.

Creating a New Web Link

• Click on "Contribute a web link."

• Fill in the name, URL, description, and category of the web site. When complete, click on the "Add Web Link" button. (See figure below.)
