Accessing Your Calendar

• Click on "My Workspace" and then "My Calendar" in the left-hand navigation bar.


Adding a Calendar Event

• Click on "Contribute a calendar event."

Fill out the calendar form.

Click on the "Preview" button.

If the information is correct, click on the "Confirm" button. You will see the calendar event.

Editing a Calendar Event

• Click on the event you would like to edit.

• Click on the "Edit" button.

• Make the changes, and click on the "Preview" and "Confirm" buttons.


Viewing Past Events

Your personal calendar keeps track of all past events.

To view your archives, click on "View calendar archives." It will display your events according to category, year and country. (See illustrations below.)


Copying Your Calendar Events to Another Calendar

You may copy calendar events from your personal calendar to any group calendar of which you are a member.

• Click on the event that you wish to copy, and then click on the "Copy" button. You will see a list of groups that you are a member.

• Click on the name of the group where you wish to place the event. It will be inserted into the group's calendar. (See illustrations below.)


Copying Events from the ArchNet Digital Calendar

You may copy events from the ArchNet Digital Calendar into your personal calendar.

• Go to the ArchNet Digital Calendar.

• Click on the event you would like to copy.

• Click on the "Copy" button.

It will display the calendars that you have access to.

• Click on "Personal" if you wish to copy it to your personal calendar. (You may also copy it to a group workspace if you are a member.)

The event will be displayed in your personal calendar.
