Forgot your password?

Steps:

1) Type in the email address that you registered with.

For the password, type in anything (xxx, for example). Click on the "Log In" button.

2) The server will tell you that the password is bad.

Click on "ask this server to email you with instructions to reset it." (See screen below.)

The server will tell you to check your email. (See screen below.)

3) Check your email. You will see a message from ArchNet. (See screen below.)

4) Click on the link provided to load an ArchNet page allowing you to enter a new password. (See screen below.)

5) Once you have entered a new password, an ArchNet page will load to allow you to login with the new information.

Or you can return to ArchNet and log in normally.
