Forgot your password?

Steps:

1) Type in the email address that you registered with.

For the password, type in anything (xxx, for example). Click on the "Log In" button.

2) The server will tell you that the password is bad.

Click on "ask this server to email it to you." (See screen below.)

The server will tell you to check your email. (See screen below.)

3) Pick up your mail. You will see a message from ArchNet. (See screen below.)

When you have read the message and remembered your password, delete the email message.

Return to ArchNet and log in normally.
