Abstract:
This research tries to study the methodology of architectural design as part of the design methods where many engineering sub-designs are linked together, with the architectural design.
We will study the recent evolution history of these methods, to recognize its evolution paths, advantages and disadvantages.

Then we reach to the use of one of the appropriate architectural methods, to show the way or solving the architectural design problem through it, this take place from the design methodology point of view.

On the other hand, we will present the effect of the Islamic intellectuality on this methodology by showing up the general architectural precept and the basic elements of this design methodology all through the modern holly Koran interpreters particularly we will consider them as intellectuals tried to deduct the meanings of the phrases of the holly book with the help of the prophet Mohammed (mpuh) "sunnah".

This research also makes use of some other intellectual Islamic sources.

By studying the Islamic intellectuality effect on the methodology we reached that is the Islamic architect and it's design methodology are based on important Islamic element that is religious devotion which has an effect over the Moslem designer also the client, such an effect will bring a spiritual metaphysics to the architectural form coming out of the design process.

By devotion of Allah (his mighty) the implementation process of the Islamic religious legislation that concern relates to the spiritual aspects of humanity, like beauty culture and social, pus the biological, physical aspects.

Finally this research recommends the necessity of studying the effect of Islamic intellectuality on solving the architectural design problem facing the Moslem designer.
