225 SELECT ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS OF MUGHAL MONUMENTS IN INDIA

We, THE HERITAGE, have been working on the Monuments of Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Taj Mahal, Delhi, Ajmer, and other historical sites in India and Lahore in Pakistan, for nearly two decades. Of these, the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal at Agra; Monuments of Fatehpur Sikri; and the Tomb of Humayun at Delhi are World Heritage Sites in India. We have Architectural Sketches, Diagrams and Drawings (plans, sections and elevations) and site maps of these monuments in our collection, which belongs, originally, to Professor R. Nath who had been working in this field for nearly half a century and who has authored 65 Books and 185 Research Papers on Mughal Architecture.

These drawings are basic tool for the study and research in this discipline, and these medieval engineering skills can also be of immense use in modern architecture, the tropical climate and socio-religious conditions remaining the same. Originally we had offered 666 drawings in five collections (Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Taj Mahal, Delhi and miscellaneous sites including Lahore). We have now selected the best and the most relevant 225 of them. This collection is now quite workable and has also come within manageable price. The drawings have been prepared on CorelDraw 11, with captions giving architectural details and historical dates, and the respective index. We offer this collection of 225 architectural drawings (covering Agra, Taj Mahal, Fatehpur Sikri, Delhi, Lahore and other Mughal sites) for sale with laser printout of the drawings bound in a file, with the respective DVD. The drawings bear our copyright and are supplied to the universities and institutes  for academic use only, direct by us, without the intermediaries.
