Graduated from the "Ecole Des Beaux Arts" in Paris with honours "Prix Du Meilleur Diplome" in 1957. Member of the Architect associations in Beirut since 1958 and Paris since 1968. Member of the Architectural Academy in France since 1983. Minister of Public Works, Transport and Agriculture with the Lebanese government from 1982 until 1984.


Designated as representative of the public works minister, as chairman of the executive comity for the Beirut metropolitan area in 1985. Former Professor at the American University of Beirut (AUB), Université du St. Esprit Kaslik (Lebanon) and the Lebanese University.


Pierre El Khoury and Partners was founded in 1958 by Pierre El Khoury who later served as Minister of Public Works, Transport and Agriculture in Lebanon. The firm has a long history of architectural practice, both for public and private organizations It has provided design services to corporations, individuals and other sectors in Lebanon and abroad. The work can be seen in a variety of projects, including residential and office buildings, commercial centers, hospitals, universities, public libraries, penitentiary complexes, public gardens, factories, banks, hotels, museums, and town planning.
